Pros

No Single pros found. Dont waste your time here.

Cons

I successfully cleared all 4 rounds of the interview process at Unified Infotech and was genuinely excited about the opportunity. However, what followed was one of the most unprofessional hiring experiences I have ever encountered. After the final round, I was kept on hold for over 3 months with zero proactive communication from their side. Every single update I received came only after I repeatedly followed up on my own. The hiring team showed a complete disregard for a candidate's time, effort, and mental energy invested in the process. It later became apparent that the delay was driven entirely by internal politics specifically, the intent to hire a referral candidate rather than evaluate merit-based applicants fairly. Despite having the skills and clearing every round, I was strung along without any honest communication or a straight rejection. This reflects a deeply flawed and disrespectful hiring culture. Skills and qualifications mean nothing here if you are not someone's reference. Candidates are treated as disposable, and their time is valued at zero. A strong message to the CEO of Unified Infotech: please look into your hiring management practices. This kind of behavior damages your company's reputation, wastes talented candidates' time, and reflects poorly on your leadership. Accountability must start from the top.
