Pros

Flight benefits are great even with the very low seniority which is below Delta's. You can usually go away for the weekend somewhere.

Cons

The actual employees of the company you represent don't care about you because you work for DGS, not them. Overworked, underpaid not even a living wage. Flight benefits you can't use for more than 2 days and aren't getting paid enough to afford a hotel room or food. You're always working to earn these benefits that you can hardly use. Passengers yell at you every day and tell you how much your company you represent sucks. You become a different person when you're told how awful you are on a daily basis. Then, you're yelled at by mgmt for any tiny mistakes, but it's fine if they leave you for a whole shift to take care of rebooking a flight full of people who are angry and have to wait forever ....while they eat dinner in the backroom and don't give you your state-required breaks of 10 minutes every 4 hours.

Pros

No pros to working at Unifi. The Airport is beautiful and people are great. Unfortunately the employees work very hard for little pay and support from Unifi.

Cons

The company has significant internal issues that are not adequately addressed by Human Resources. There appears to be a culture of covering up problems rather than resolving them transparently. Leadership seems more focused on employee retention metrics and maintaining appearances with the airlines they serve than on addressing serious workplace concerns and holding individuals accountable. One of the most concerning examples was the handling of a manager who allegedly inappropriately harassed employees over a period of years. Despite ongoing concerns, meaningful action was not taken for years.. Situations like this create an environment where employees lose trust in leadership and feel that workplace misconduct is not taken seriously. This company should prioritize employee safety, accountability, and ethical management. Addressing serious concerns promptly and transparently is essential to retaining good employees and fostering a healthy workplace culture.
