- Multiple roles crammed into one. You are not just doing customer service, you are running the entire property yourself (Accountant, Real Estate Agent, Maintenance, Housekeeping) due to lack of staff. Another classic greedy company. So many responsibilities for $60K a year is a joke.
- No training- put on a front desk with a line of 400 people waiting to check in without any training. You have to teach yourself the job, which means a lot of mistakes get made. It is a mess.
- Management is awful. Lack of leadership. They sit in their office and twiddle their thumbs and wonder why things go wrong. They also will verbally abuse you and blame you for things that are not even your responsibility or role.
- Working in active construction site. They open the building even when its only half done, so you are constantly breathing in chemicals and constant noise.
-Constant overtime
-No pay rise offered despite working for over a year and constantly going above and beyond. No incentive to stay.
