UniLED has such a family feel to it. Since joining during the pandemic I have really been made to feel like I belong in spite of not physically meeting many people and I feel like I am part of the family. Everyone is super friendly and there really is so much to do here. No day is ever the same and you are always kept incredibly busy.
Cons
Salaries aren't the most competitive in the market for people that aren't in a senior position. There are also no real benefits except for your birthday off and the average 25 days holiday.
