Insurance programs are now done internally as company is now self insured and all claims issues can come back to you in a negative way. Since 2007, company has annual or semiannual layoffs of higher salaried, long time, experienced workers. Most all of those laid off curiously had one or more incidents of hospitalization or other health issues. Lay off tends to target the 40+ aged employee with 10 or more years of service.
