Pros
There are some very good people at the operational level who are capable and humble without the arrogance you often see in tier 1 places. It can be a fun place to work.
Cons
This German-Italian hybrid has yet to fuse successfully the two cultures, who have very different ways of doing things. The tech they use is either late or second rate and there are some very average people in management positions. I worked in Asia which was treated like a backwater, it may be better in Europe.
