      Pros

      Visa processing & other things are very smooth. Open to salary negotiations also to some extent. Salary payment & salary slip all are well done.

      Cons

      Contract length commitment must be honored. Also if contract closing, should arrange other jobs for employees. If employees want to reapply in future, no support at all, nor even proper mail contact.
