      Pros

      Very nimble company. If you prove you're a top performer, you will get rewarded accordingly and get the opportunity to take on interesting projects. Company is going places - management is exceptionally intelligent and will support you to build your career Corporate culture is great. Fun people who are easy to get along with. Collaborative workspace Catered Friday Lunches

      Cons

      None come to mind. Not for those who are not wiling to put in their 110%

      Pros

      - Great Management Experiences (All of the founders worked in investment banking/private equity jobs) and they really knew how to run a start-up - They have a ping-pong and foosball table! - Nice and friendly culture - Really teaches you a lot about your role on the go, and you get to develop your role!

      Cons

      - Sometimes they will have long hours - Competitive and Cut Throat

      Pros

      - Relaxed and entrepreneurial environment - Lots of freedom - Great relationships with coworkers and Management - Lots of opportunities to learn and be a part of a growing startup - Free team lunch every Friday, - Downtown location - Ping Pong and foosball tables

      Cons

      - Long hours if you really want to make a difference and help the company (it's a startup!!!) - Salaries aren't as high as they should be for the work required but still good!
