If you prefer a slower-paced environment or aren't comfortable working toward quarterly quotas, it may not be the right fit—but for those who enjoy that kind of environment, it's incredibly rewarding.

Fast-moving company with a lot of ownership, smart people, and real momentum. Marketing works closely with Co-Founders, sales, product, and customers, and partners so the work feels connected to the business. There is a lot of trust to run with projects and make an impact quickly.

The company is growing quickly and priorities shift fast. Processes are still being built. It is not the kind of environment where everything is fully documented or structured yet, so you have to be very comfortable figuring it out as you go.
