Great people and interesting tech, but stressful pace - Software Engineer Unframe Employee Review

I enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment where my work is visible, and Unframe provides the perfect setting for that. My work is rewarding because I am able to influence the company’s success. We are also given the freedom to test and experiment with new ideas, which keeps day-to-day work engaging.

Everyone at Unframe works hard to achieve success as a team, which can sometimes result in long working hours. As is common in a startup environment, employees are often expected to be resourceful and independently find answers and solutions when challenges arise.

Genuine ownership + accountability at all levels. Leadership is sharp and fast. CEO is a two-time founder and it shows in how decisions get made. Team is growing fast and the bar for who gets brought in is high.

Fast growth means processes are still catching up. Things move quickly and you have to be comfortable with ambiguity. Not a con if you're built for early-stage.
