      UNESP has great researchers on it's professors staff what makes it a great place to start your academic life. The professional environment makes it a great place for learning and developing interesting and useful researches. This is proven by the fact that UNESP is among the ten best universities of Latin America in 2016.

      Cons

      The main drawback lies on the fact that frequent budget cuts negatively affect the institution.

      Pros

      People in general are really nice. Also, we have a good work time flexibility. At last but not least, it is very well located.

      Cons

      Project Management is a big issue in some projects, there are no medium and/or long term vision, and some times the management logic is to take everything that is possible from the team without giving anything back. Also, in terms of career, it is very limited.
