      Good atmosphere, jung team. We had also some good opportunities in the past. Possibilities of network are offered from time to time.

      Cons

      No possibilities to grow in the company, no carrier plan, salaries are no according to the market, diferences on treatment of academics and employers.

      Pros

      People in general are really nice. Also, we have a good work time flexibility. At last but not least, it is very well located.

      Cons

      Project Management is a big issue in some projects, there are no medium and/or long term vision, and some times the management logic is to take everything that is possible from the team without giving anything back. Also, in terms of career, it is very limited.
