In some ways still in start up land with heavy reliance on funding, which affects how the business can operate. Losing some good folks in spite of doing good business, presumably thanks to the pandemic-squeeze we're all facing and consequent beancounting. Something of a lack of diversity, though not worse than one would expect for Cambridge.
