Pros
Work is relatively easy if you know the menu. Everything is expensive and the patrons tip well.
Cons
The bar and floor are overstaffed. On Fridays and Saturdays, there are only about 6 seats per bartender. There are also too many managers - as many as 3 at a time on weekends.
