Pros

It's early days here at UnderwriteMe but I can see the potential the company has. We're going through a much needed business transformation period that shifts our focus from one that could be considered haphazard to a direction that is measured, clear, easy to comprehend, and actually quite self-aware which I personally appreciate a lot. The people are great, supportive and the on boarding really makes you feel connected. I actually look forward to starting my working day!

Cons

Transformations and changes in direction are difficult for some, that's unfortunately the nature of the beast, but I believe the company is going in the right direction and more importantly doing it in the right way.
