Pros

Salary Decent pension scheme Not much else to highlight beyond the compensation package

Cons

When I joined, the work was exciting and surrounded by talented and passionate engineers. Unfortunately, over time, many of those strong team members left the company. The culture shifted with new management and tech leads, becoming increasingly toxic. Engineers are treated as replaceable, and non-technical stakeholders often blame the tech team without understanding the underlying problems. Inexperienced leadership sometimes deflects accountability by undermining or scapegoating senior engineers. Career growth is severely limited — there's little support for professional development, and advancement often feels politically driven rather than based on merit. Management seems more focused on internal power dynamics and ego than on building a healthy, high-performing engineering culture. If you care about your mental well-being and long-term career progression, approach with caution.
