Pros
A lot of good people - and a revolving door of contract staff means new friends every season. There's a good social element during festivals/events with plenty of opportunities for seeing shows, work drinks, etc. The head office is plush - very well-equipped kitchen.
Cons
Quite negative culture when it comes to workload to the point where it can become a competition as to who is the most overworked and miserable. It's quite full-on at peak times of festivals, at times to the detriment of mental health, but people don't want to speak out for fear of being shot down with "well, you're not working as hard as I am"
