A true startup environment, which isn't for everyone. Autonomy is given at every level of the company, and if you need someone to look over your shoulder and tell you what to do and how to do it, this isn't the place for you.

Uncubed has a great, passionate team. Most employees (including the founders) really care about the company and their coworkers. There is a lot of freedom to contribute your ideas and thoughts on projects. You work hard, but it's worth it.

Because it's such a small team, there can be be miscommunication or employees may spend a lot of time working on a project that gets thrown out. Sometimes we try to work on too many projects at once resulting in nothing being completed as well as it could be.
