Pros
The people are really what made it great when I was there. It was somewhat early in the business too so I got to see it grow and improve a lot. Outside of that, working for a celebrity was pretty cool. I didn't see her much but when I did she was always very kind. She also seemed to frequently make special efforts to let everyone know how much she appreciated them which really made me and others feel good about being there.
Cons
The office probably needed to be a little bigger. Some people probably could have used larger workspaces given the requirements of their job. The team often went to Pred's games and I rarely got invited which made me sad! I guess they assumed I was too busy (which was often true! LOL)
