Good product Wear many hats in the organization Helping people in need is a noble cause and lures in a lot of good natured individuals. Great marketing strategy and team.
Cons
Terrible work environment and work hours. CEO micromanages and has a huge overbearing ego. Team has huge turnover rate, they will work you until you burn out. If you don't want to work 7 days a week, your only choice is to quit.
