I considered Uncap Research Labs as the first stepping stone of my career thru my campus. I was delighted to meet the team and understand vision of the company on what they are building. Gaurav Sir, beautifully articulated at our campus on Uncap's mission and value system. During my stint, few pros which I found unique and a definite yes for someone starting their career a) Approachable Team b) Fun at work place in their own unique ways c) Immense learning d) Freedom to take decisions

At times the delivery pressure is a little overwhelming.
