Pros
The leadership and management are growth-oriented yet compassionate. The founders are great mentors if you play your cards right. They nurture talent and allow the employees to explore new avenues and grow their skills. I was always given credit, and appreciated, for the work I produced.
Cons
It is a fast-paced work environment so you'll have to be on your toes, but it can be rather exciting if you get a kick out of being on top of multiple things at once.
