-Wonderful scientists -Established playbook for getting new candidates out fast -Upper management cares about good environment -There is great work/life balance to be had - if you can fight for it and learn to release a lot of stress from uncertainty

-Priorities will constantly and abruptly change -If you don't push back and stand up for yourself, you will be overworked thanks to pathological timelines that are routinely shortened by months
