extremely pushy with delivery apps they "partner" with that cause long wait times for people dinning in, in theory this makes money but we have no control over how numerous takeout orders suddenly pop up at the same time in multiple apps which either prolongs wait times for an already busy restaurant or even when it's slow indoors but with lots of takeout orders, people wonder what's taking so long when the restaurant's only half full! you will notice some "one menu does not fit all" issues if you work here some layout/structural decisions seems to be made by people who have not measured the space or thought about people who work here. There's structural changes that no one asked for, design issues that leads to blocked hallways in multiple places
