Pros

Casual work environment, with decent benefits. Health Plans used to be much better, but that's everywhere

Cons

Leadership is a country club mindset. Being a Public Company, everything is about stock price, and nothing is about morale. They do basically 2-3 rounds of layoffs every year, and you duck your head and hope to survive.

Pros

Hard working team. Wide variety of growth and areas to learn and develop. Direct management listens and tries to support employees as best as possible. A lot of work, never get bored or have to wait for work to do. Have not experienced micromanaging at my time here. Good benefits. Good pay.

Cons

Get punished when quarterly profits are not meet by employees getting laid off even when team numbers are already sparse. Company runs on the style of short term gain, long term loss. Does not try to manage or disiplne problematic employees. Often too much work and not enough resources to get it done. Though we are not expected to work overtime we very often do because the amount of work to get done is so much. Lacks innovation.
