      Pros

      Excellent benefits, competitive wages and great people! The management team really appreciates the employees and does all kinds of extra things for us. I've never worked any place that the executive team knows all the employees and gets out on the production floor and not just stay in their offices!

      Cons

      We are going so fast its hard to keep up sometimes! It's a good problem to have.

      Pros

      I have worked at Ultrafab for 10 years. I started as the receptionist, but because of my desire to learn and grown and Ultrafab's supportive management, they helped guide me into the position I am in today. I am so thankful to work for a company that encourages self starters and support them to new levels.

      Cons

      Not many to speak of. Ultrafab is a great place to work.
