      I recently joined ultratech cements, Andrapradesh as Graduate Engineer Trainee. The orientation was very good to know about the work culture, manufacturing process ana all. overall it's a wonderful experience for me as this is my first company.

      Pros

      The company benefits are really good. The compensation is above industry average. Women friendly policies and hardly anyone get's fired. Overall not a bad place to work.

      Cons

      The management is old, and some manager's are a bit sexist in their outlook. Lot of beauracracy goes on.
