Only pro is the opportunity to learn a structured system that was working perhaps few years back... atleast new people can get the idea
Cons
Everything else are cons..no working culture, no proper ownership, since market is already set only thing for plant people is to dispatch, work life can be hell for the one who is not flexible, late works continue at times just for the bad cultures sake;increments and all are an average scenerio, not good not too bad.
