      Ultratech has only one disadvantage: the onboarding process is very lengthy and involves a lot of paperwork.

      Pros

      The company benefits are really good. The compensation is above industry average. Women friendly policies and hardly anyone get's fired. Overall not a bad place to work.

      Cons

      The management is old, and some manager's are a bit sexist in their outlook. Lot of beauracracy goes on.
