If you like to wear different hats and enjoy challenge, then this firm could be a good fit. Work hours are flexible, and PTO and benefits are good. Company encourages outside training programs, and pays for coursework. Performance evaluations are performed annually, and have always led to a pay increase. Opportunity for advancement is available, and initiative is usually rewarded. Overall positive environment and respect for all staff is much appreciated.
Cons
Sometimes tasks are assigned at the last minute, especially related to proposals. This is frustrating, but seems to be the norm in consulting.
