      Pros

      I had food poisoning on my first day and they treated me like a person and sent me home. They checked on me and pushed my start date a few days to make sure I was ok.

      Cons

      Get your pay in writing. I was quoted one rate over the phone and then they retracted the amount. I was offered another job but picked this one due to hours and lost the other opportunity as almost 2 weeks had passed since they made the offer and they found someone else for the role.

      Pros

      Everyone knows everybody, bosses don’t mind teaching, festive celebrations, many projects to learn from. Very generous, you can claim for anything for work (no capping)

      Cons

      All decisions go thru 1 director, takes time to get approval and submission to client always gets delayed. Small company, no HR so no way of complaining when you have to work so late and even on weekends.
