      If you are someone who wants to learn and you show up for work, there's great potential for growth and advancement. Pay is competitive and you can be promoted every 6 months just by taking tests that are based on your job.

      Cons

      Production floor is cold in the winter and hot in the summer. The building is not temperature controlled.
