      Small company, family owned, dedicated employees, they seem to care about their employees for the most part, decent pay for the location.

      Cons

      No heat, raises for the last year and a half have been insulting and discouraging, not alot of room for advancement

      If you do your job you have opportunities. Internal promotions, promotability, fair pay. Not a hard job

      12 hour shift, hot in the summer and cold in the winter

      Take a test to make more money. Not hard work, but you need to work. No slackers, you wont last.
