      Stable. Remote. No on-call. Standard non-unlimited PTO. The work is interesting and feels impactful. Coworkers are pleasant. No micro management.

      Spotty communication from upper leadership. Messy code. Bad infrastructure.

      Pros

      Benefit package is great, the employees on the production floor are awesome. Weekends off for most.

      Cons

      Two acquisitions have changed management way over the threshold of what teams can handle. Absolutely everything is done on paper and Excel, very little real time data. Rude leadership without answers to everyday issues makes success very hard to attain. Especially when the target is constantly moving.
