My experience here showed me how damaging poor leadership can be. There are essentially no new sales coming in, and the company relies heavily on a single individual who insists on running the entire show. Independent thinking isn’t just discouraged — it’s dismissed. This person dominates every discussion, disregards others’ perspectives, and creates a culture where only one voice matters. The company itself feels like it was built by accident, it stumbled into some early investment, but there has been more talk than delivery ever since. Promises are made constantly, but follow-through is minimal. In my personal experience, this pattern of over-promising and under-delivering has even hurt client relationships, leading to blown budgets and failed expectations. Instead of learning and improving, leadership doubles down on the same behavior, creating a cycle of internal frustration and external dissatisfaction. Add in the heavy office politics, lack of respect for employees, and a culture driven by ego rather than strategy, and it becomes clear why the company feels like a sinking ship. Unless you’re comfortable with chaotic leadership, no accountability, and an environment where your ideas don’t matter, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
