      Many, but the biggest being that the company was constantly at the threat of insolvency and employees were made to feel as if they were to blame for trivial and petty reasons

      Pros

      Given opportunity to lead client projects and learn all aspects of QC micro......whether it be environmental monitoring of cleanrooms, identifying microorganisms, validating lab equipment installations or assisting in developing QC microbiology tests.

      Cons

      Large workload, workload was not distributed equally amongst employees, extremely low compensation compared to other companies, no overtime pay offered
