This company spends a ton on marketing therefore there’s always a good lead flow. A good lead flow means you have more opportunities to make money. They sell and install great products that make sense, so it’s easy to sell. Family owned and operated is always been a better work environment for me as well.
Cons
The only real cons are that sometimes your personal life takes a back seat to work life meaning you might have a 7 appointment which means you might not finish until 9-10 at night. But if you’re finishing that late it’s usually because you sold it and made some money. So is that truly a con? You decide.....
