      * Co-founders are great people who genuinely want to see people thrive, and are willing to bet on their employees * The people are generally nice * Tech is interesting - (k8s, TS/node, NLP) * Generally good W/L balance * Good company values

      Cons

      * Cross-functional department are still figuring out how to best work with each other to make the company successful * Some clients are so big that the management directive is to "do whatever it takes"

      Pros

      Wonderful interview process, comprehensive onboarding, and a really exciting place to work. The culture is as advertised and I think anyone who is willing to learn and work hard here can be successful.

      Cons

      only difficulties I've noticed are those that inevitably come during a time of fast growth. However, there is a lot of good conversation and transparency around this, so it is not concerning
