Cons
Not good for IT student. Company is recruiting people for IT just to have strategic advantage over other companies. The work has nothing to do with IT. A little of programming logic is needed. The remaining is all statistics. The organisation declares them as a programming company but the realty is IT is just another KPO. The organisation offers higher salaries or on par salaries to IT graduates just to lure them to join them. Once you join and complete 2+ years they know then you will not return be able to mainstream IT solution development (Reasons: passing out year, higher salary since you still fresher to mainstream IT, etc..). Other competitors in the same domain are not recruiting people for IT background.. This company is really cunning..Concerned about it's own growth..
