All policies are only for company's benifits, employees basic rights and comfort are ignored Verry negative environment because of politics no employee engagement activities feels like they don't want to make people come together Mumbai office workers works for 6 days on the other hand head office works for 5 days, Head office treats others as slave with non professional language and personal grudges No humanity, if you take 3 or 4 days sick leave management will ask you for resign with 60 days notice. Company PF contribution also not paid to goverment on time , they delay for 2 to 3 months No health insurance no stationery, mouse, pen, dairy which is basics thinks they don't provide to employees, you have to used personally
