      Learn good technical stuff in Udbhavah. nice work culture, job security is very high, no politics, technical peoples, good Infra, peoples care, some time good appraisal :) * nice cafeteria, good freshers training.

      Cons

      if you want Promotion than need to wait at least 3 to 4 years. on site opportunity is depends on projects.

      It is a small company having around 130+ employees, its good to work as a fresher, we can learn many things.They will give the good hikes if you really work good.

      Cons

      some times they will delay the salaries. work pressure is little more
