Worst experience working with Udayy. Too much stressful and a heavy workload. The target was to book 35 candidates on a daily basis and why I got terminated from the company was just because I use to do 34 bookings(approx.) at times. Apart from the bookings the target was to dial atleast 150 calls on a day and out of which the answered calls should be atleast 90 per day, by following that procedure and use to go beyond 250 dialed calls out of which my answered calls were like more than a 100, this target was completely ignored by the management. Even 1 star is more than enough for the company, I would have rated a minus 1 for such an unprofessional work culture. Neither would go for some other sales job nor I would suggest anybody to work with Udayy.
