Pros

- Decent benefits (WFH, unlimited PTO, good health/dental, $4k training stipend) - Generally good group of employees who are kind - very helpful people team - you can shape your own career growth

Cons

- Lack of business strategy, no one knows what’s going on or why one project gets green lit while another doesn’t - Leadership is out of touch and too narrowly focused on what’s in front of them at the time. - lack of balanced resources across teams, some teams are expected to do the work of 2-3 people while others keep hiring for roles that seem unnecessary. - No culture, people are burnt out, people/HR team does their best but culture needs to come from the top.

Thank you for your honest and thoughtful feedback. We're glad to hear you’ve had a positive experience with the benefits, career autonomy, and the support of our People team - that means a lot to us. We also take your concerns seriously. Strategic clarity, resourcing and leadership visibility are all areas we know need continued focus. Burnout and culture are deeply linked, and while we’re proud of the care and effort our teams show one another, we know that lasting culture must be led from the top and we’re committed to doing better there. Your feedback is appreciated and will be shared with leadership as we continue to reflect, listen, and improve.

Pros

Strong team, worked with really smart people.

Cons

Compensation sounded great until you learned the market could not sustain the growth rates the company was targeting. Company tried to scale way too fast. 10% of team hit quota. 90% missed quota. 40% sold almost nothing.
