      - top-notch content - great internal training and enablement - possibility for career progressions - Open, 2-way communications - Remote working / flexible working - No micro-management - Udacity is mainly for entrepreneurial people - Above average pay

      Cons

      - The product team is understaffed and their bandwidth is small - the marketing team is understaffed and their bandwidth is small These 2 things can slow processes down a bit but we are fixing them.

      Pros

      Strong team, worked with really smart people.

      Cons

      Compensation sounded great until you learned the market could not sustain the growth rates the company was targeting. Company tried to scale way too fast. 10% of team hit quota. 90% missed quota. 40% sold almost nothing.
