No Pros, They are completely fake.

Udaan Technologies company completely owned by dumb guy. Mr. Ritesh and his wife running this company. Company name is Udaan Technologies and they also having other fake company webenture and they mostly give offer letter of this company to new hiring instead of Udaan Technologies. Both (Mr Ritesh and Monika Satia) are very cleaver. > Initially they hire the fresher or employee by laying lots of things > They dont tell all policies to employee at initially > They take Identity proof or original document but when employee leave the company they try to force them to stay and not easily give document > Company having no office boy even to give water, tea etc > Company having no clean washroom, most of the time no water in washroom > During increment they never told about incremented amount very easily and salary also not on time in this period > Once you resign, they never easily accept your resign letter, never experience letter and pending salary on time, even deduct the salary > Every month they implement hidden policies and never told to employee, suddenly force to the employees I never suggest to join this down market company. Kindly save your carrier and search other company to join. Dear clients also suggestions to you, not to work with them they are high level fake guys.
