      This company seems organized from the top, however, senior leadership is not connected to the people. B level leadership has poor communication due to being overwhelmed. The company has hired a LOT of executives recently, so hopefully some of that will change. Poor communication

      Pros

      Sometimes in a remote role you can feel like you are in a silo. That is not the case here. The sales teams can be thousands of miles apart but we are constantly communicating and never feel like we are a team of one.
