Pros
One of the best aspects of working for Ubique is a sense of belonging. I feel like part of a big family here, and you can tell that this ethos is held throughout the warehouse staff, office staff, and remote workers. The regular free lunches, holiday events, and charity events are great opportunities to see this family in action. Ubique is a closely-knit, well-oiled, and passionate company that strives for success and helps the community around them.
Cons
There are few negatives of working for Ubique, but the biggest is a lack of employee presence in the office. I wish there were less remote workers and more employees who lived and worked close to the office in Georgia.
