No Leadership with a Lack of Direction and Organization - Anonymous employee Ubique Group Employee Review

Employees are given one (1) week of vacation, only after having been employed one year. There is never a chance to earn more. Performance reviews are not given out. Raises are frowned upon and are scarce, regardless of department. Most employees are hourly. Management consists of the owner and step-son. Both try to micro-manage the entire workforce of 100 people. The owners are solely focused on profit for themselves. The customer is secondary to the main focus. The employees are last on the list.
