We now offer better pay rates, better benefits and an annual bonus. Perhaps one of the best things about our pay structure is that we offer up to $1.00 per hour annual pay increase based upon performance. These days, that much of a performance increase is unheard of. Our managers attend annual supervisor trainings and we offer 1:1 coaching sessions for those who need it or if they express an interest.
