Pros

Flexibility, won't work over 40 hours

Cons

Owners are micro managers and don't have effective managers in departments because they don't want to pay for good ones. Managers are just baby sitters with no experience in their roles. Gossip is definitely a priority. Turnover is ridiculous.

Thank you for your feedback. I am not sure when you were employed with us but we have listened to the feedback from employees just like you. We now offer better pay rates, better benefits and an annual bonus. Perhaps one of the best things about our pay structure is that we offer up to $1.00 per hour annual pay increase based upon performance. These days, that much of a performance increase is unheard of. Our managers attend annual supervisor trainings and we offer 1:1 coaching sessions for those who need it or if they express an interest. Our customer service departments now offer very low turn over rates and tenured professional reps

Pros

Sometimes in a remote role you can feel like you are in a silo. That is not the case here. The sales teams can be thousands of miles apart but we are constantly communicating and never feel like we are a team of one.

Cons

I don't have any significant con.
