Pros
The company delivers code pretty fast, the managers are full of care for the employees, there is a good work life balance. The team works on the product and everyone has owenrship for the work he does and deliver. Because the company is small, it feels like a one big family where you know what anyone is doing at the moment.
Cons
The company was acquired recently by Quotient, which is a very big company. Due to this situation there are some procedures can be blocked or delayed by waiting to the right permissions. Also the version deployment process can sometimes be frustrating.
